MEET JOHN
John understands his community. He is a life-long resident of the Southwest Suburbs. He was raised as one of six kids from a modest working-class family. John now has his own family and lives in Orland Park with his wife, Justine, and two wonderful kids. Today, after years of hard work and perseverance, John owns his own engineering firm, and, along with his wife, a printing company. He was inspired by his community and his family to take an active role in making a difference in the lives of his fellow citizens.
John is sensitive to the needs of his community, especially in these tough times characterized by foreclosures, unemployment and economic uncertainties. John understands business from both the employee and employers perspective, having acted as both an employee and employer himself. He understands how business can also impact family life. John has proven track records in being able to listen and understand people's concerns, and use his skills and business knowhow in solving their problems. Now, he would like to take that to the next level and make those voices heard in Springfield.
John is committed to making a difference in the community. He and Justine have remained active in their own children's education and assisted with fundraising at the local schools. They both have also donated hours of volunteer time coaching sports teams organized by Pioneer Football and the Orland Park Youth Associations. John is also a volunteer member of the Lake Geneva Beach Associations Board of Directors.
John received his Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Illinois, and is a graduate of Carl Sandburg High School. John and his family are members of St. Francis's Parish in Orland Park.
